My career spans telecommunications, banking, financial platforms, marketing technology, healthcare, biotech, and insurtech. I progressed from software engineering into company-level leadership without losing the practical, hands-on perspective that continues to shape how I lead.
Lead engineering direction, architecture, execution, and cross-functional alignment. Work directly with CIO, CTO, COO, product, operations, internal teams, clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Stay actively involved in system design, technical reviews, production behavior, modernization strategy, and delivery.
Led modernization of a business-critical legacy platform, introduced scalable services and event-driven workflows, reduced latency and database pressure in critical paths, strengthened automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and feature-flagged delivery, and mentored engineers across complex initiatives.
Helped establish and mature a U.S. engineering team delivering cloud-based, data-driven solutions for the biotech industry using AWS, Java, Python, Node.js, and related technologies.
